I’m a Business Optimization Strategist who helps established business owners simplify complexity, strengthen their operations, and build systems that actually support growth. I specialize in stepping into businesses that already have traction and bringing clarity to what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to evolve next.
For over 14 years, I served as the Marketing Operations Manager for Jack Canfield, co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul and author of The Success Principles, where I built and managed the backend systems that supported large audiences, multi-channel marketing, and high-impact programs. That experience taught me how to translate big ideas into practical, scalable infrastructure.
Today, I work behind the scenes as a strategic and operational partner, helping clients streamline operations, optimize customer journeys, and make smarter decisions about their systems, so their business runs smoothly and growth feels intentional, not overwhelming.
