About - Lexi Wagner

A bit about me...

I kicked off my career at Microsoft, working first as a Product Marketing Coordinator and then as a Project Manager for their Online Business Services team. It was fast-paced, challenging, and full of opportunities to grow. But after five years, I realized I was craving something more. Something that allowed me to integrate my professional skills with work that felt truly meaningful.

That search led me to the personal development world, where I became the Program Manager for a high-performance coach and entrepreneur. It was there that I discovered how much I love building systems and structure that support growth. Eventually, I found my long-term home with The Canfield Training Group. And for 14 years, I served as the Marketing Operations Manager for Jack Canfield, America's #1 Success Coach, NYT Bestselling Author of The Success Principles, and co-creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul.

In recent years, I’ve expanded my work beyond The Canfield Training Group, supporting established entrepreneurs and online business owners with ongoing operational and systems support. From optimizing tech stacks and backend workflows to building scalable funnels and launching programs, I help businesses stay organized, focused, and moving forward.

With Jack having officially retired this summer, it has opened the door for me to step fully into this new chapter of my career too. I’m excited to continue supporting established, purpose-driven businesses that are ready for smarter systems, streamlined operations, and a trusted strategic partner behind the scenes.

On a personal note: When I’m not in business mode, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband and our three sons. (Yep, I’m a boy mom through and through. Yes, we’re done. No, I’m not sad I don’t have a girl. My 3 "hurricanes of love" are the lights of my life!) My favorite days are spent by the pool, on the baseball or soccer fields watching my kids play, or at Disneyland soaking up the magic and making memories with my family.
